Shape the automation of the claims process: rule-based and AI-supported claims assessment, straight-through processing, and efficient workflows through to settlement and payout.

7+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS, InsurTech, or FinTech environment; experience with claims processes or insurance core systems is a strong plus.

Strong operational drive and a clear focus on outcomes: you take real ownership from day one and drive initiatives through to successful implementation.

AI fluency: You can clearly demonstrate how AI has made your work measurably faster or better in recent months (e.g. reusable prompts, AI-supported data analysis, automated workflows).

Solid knowledge of agile frameworks and requirements engineering, as well as confident use of common PM tools such as Jira, Figma, and analytics platforms .
