Über den Bereich

Für den Bereich "Software & Hardware Framework" suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen "Software-Entwickler (w/m/d)" an unserem Standort in Oberkochen.

Der Bereich entwickelt ein querschnittliches Softwareframework, das die Entwicklung aller zukünftigen Produkte unterstützt. Dazu gehören Betriebssysteme, Kommunikationsprotokolle, querschnittliche Applikationen und weiteres.

Ihre Aufgaben

Konzeption, Entwicklung und Pflege eines querschnittlichen Softwareframeworks - schwerpunktmäßig in Rust

Mitwirkung an der Softwarearchitektur durch die Erarbeitung technischer Entwürfe und Konzepte, mit besonderem Augenmerk auf sichere und performante Rust-Designs/-Implementierungen

Entwicklung robuster, speichersicherer Softwarekomponenten unter Linux

Aufbau und Pflege von Rust-Build- und Release-Pipelines (Cargo, crates.io) sowie Nutzung weiterer moderner Softwaretechnologien (Git, Atlassian Tools, Container, usw.)

Umsetzung von asynchroner, nebenläufiger Software mit Tokio

Code Reviews mit Fokus auf Rust Best Practices (Ownership/Borrowing, Lifetimes, Fehlerbehandlung)

Agile Planung und Umsetzung der Softwareentwicklung (SCRUM)

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder verwandte Studiengänge mit Schwerpunkt Softwareentwicklung

Fundierte, praxiserprobte Kenntnisse in Rust; Interesse, sich als Rust-Experte/-in im Team weiterzuentwickeln

Erfahrung mit Netzwerkprotokollen und Schnittstellen (TCP/UDP, QUIC, HTTP(S), WebSockets, MQTT, Serialisierung und TLS)

Wünschenswert sind fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in einem der folgenden Gebiete: C++, TypeScript (Frontend- und Backend-Entwicklung, API-Design, Node.js/Deno-Umgebung) oder Webentwicklung (idealerweise Svelte)

Sicherer Umgang mit Git, Build-Pipelines, Unit-Tests und Testautomatisierung

Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen in der Embedded-Entwicklung mit Linux (AArch64) und Containerisierung

Analytisches, vernetztes Denken und eigenverantwortliche Vorgehensweise

Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter sozialer Kompetenz und Begeisterungsfähigkeit

Innovationsfreude und Kreativität

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind zwingend erforderlich
