Check-In Agent (m/w/d) am Flughafen Frankfurt

Das erwartet dich

18,91 €/h Einstiegsgehalt zzgl. Zeit- und Schichtzuschläge
Tarifgebundene Vergütung nach dem Branchentarifvertrag für die Bodenverkehrsdienste an deutschen Verkehrsflughäfen
800 € Jahressonderzahlung
28 Tage tariflicher Urlaubsanspruch
Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten bis 28,11 €/h je nach Qualifikation & Erfahrung

Das machst du möglich

Prüfung von Einreisedokumenten gemäß den Vorgaben der Reiseziele
Ausstellung von Gepäckanhängern und Boardkarten
Vergabe der Sitzplätze im Flugzeug und Koordinierung des Einstiegs der Fluggäste am Flugsteig (Gate)
Unterstützung bei der Nutzung vom Self-Service-Check-In
Vor- und Nachbereitung von Flugdokumenten

Das hast du im Gepäck

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2)
Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Flexibilität
Sehr gute Umgangsformen und ausgeprägte Servicebereitschaft
Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und empathisches Auftreten gegenüber unseren Fluggästen
Belastbarkeit in Stresssituationen und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Erfahrung in der Flugzeug- und/oder Fluggastabfertigung wünschenswert
Bereitschaft zum Arbeiten im Wechselschichtdienst
Erfüllung der Sicherheitsprüfung am Flughafen
