Our client is an international IT consulting company with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies.

As a Microsoft implementation partner, the company delivers CRM projects based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for well known clients across various industries.

It combines deep technical expertise with a strong consulting mindset.

Take ownership of solution architecture and technical design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations
Gather and analyse customer requirements
Conduct fit gap analyses and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Design and document CRM architectures, including integration and data models
Provide technical leadership to implementation teams
Coordinate external partners and stakeholders
Advise customers at eye level, from strategic planning through to implementation
Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and architectural standards
Support pre sales activities and customer presentations
Mentor and support junior consultants

Your Profile

At least 5 years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment
Several years of experience in a solution architecture or senior consulting role
Strong practical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Sales and Customer Service
Solid experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse
Experience designing integration architectures with Azure and third party systems
Previous consulting or project experience is an advantage
Very good German skills, minimum C1 level. Good command of English
