You will have experience in regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and financial transactions, and will be responsible for assisting clients in navigating complex banking and finance laws, maintaining compliance with regulations, and mitigating legal risks.

Additionally, you will provide strategic guidance and support to clients in areas such as lending, capital markets, and financial regulations.
