Responsibilities

You support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) in collaboration with external tax advisors.

You share responsibility for ongoing general ledger accounting, including account reconciliations and the preparation of advance VAT returns.

You assist with the implementation of Oracle NetSuite.

You review and record business transactions, ensuring accurate financial representation.

You collaborate closely with auditors and tax consultants and support during audits.

You contribute ideas for the improvement and digitalization of financial accounting processes.

You serve as the main point of contact for all financial accounting inquiries and handle external queries regarding tax matters.

Required Skills

You have completed vocational training as a Financial Accountant (m/f/d) or hold an equivalent qualification.

You possess sound knowledge of German Commercial Code (HGB) accounting standards and have experience preparing annual financial statements and tax returns.

You bring hands-on experience in financial accounting and are proficient in using NetSuite and MS Office.

Precision, personal initiative, and a structured approach to work are among your key strengths.

You enjoy working with digital tools and proactively contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes.
