We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Solutions Consultant to join our Commercial team in Zurich.
This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys combining business insight with technical expertise to help clients solve complex challenges.
As a key partner to our Sales, Product, and Operations teams, you will play a critical role in designing tailored solutions, accelerating sales cycles, and ensuring successful customer outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
●Conduct discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand business processes, challenges, and technical requirements
●Translate complex client needs into effective solution designs and technical specifications
●Design and present tailored solutions leveraging our product capabilities and integration options
●Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept workshops for clients and stakeholders
●Support the sales team as a technical and functional expert throughout the sales cycle
●Prepare and contribute to RFI and RFP responses, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer expectations
●Provide effort estimations and implementation guidance for proposed solutions
●Collaborate closely with Product Development, Operations, and Implementation teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful delivery
●Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product innovation and strategic decision-making
●Develop sales enablement materials, technical documentation, and case studies
Who We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
●Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field
●Proven experience as a Solutions Consultant, Business Implementations, Presales Engineer, Solution Architect, or a similar customer-facing role within enterprise software, SaaS based environments
●Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, or related industries
●Excellent ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
●Experience with CRM platforms and project management tools
●Familiarity with integration technologies such as APIs and ETL processes
●Fluent written and spoken English, other language skills are beneficial
●Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
●Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
●Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
