As CRM Manager – Lifecycle & Engagement (f/m/d) at 7NXT Health Group, you design and optimise end-to-end lifecycle experiences across our brands and markets.

You build habit-forming journeys that convert, engage and retain users at scale — combining behavioural science, data-driven experimentation and high-quality communication across Gymondo, 7Mind, Buddyfit and Preneo.

You have a high degree of ownership within CRM, work with short decision cycles and have the space to experiment and make a real impact on millions of users.
