Project & Operations Rework Support Working Student – Germany

Your mission Support the Rework team in coordinating and executing service rework projects across Europe.

Assist with project administration, documentation, supplier coordination, data management, and operational follow-up.

Help ensure rework activities are planned, documented, tracked, and completed on time.

Maintain project records, trackers, reports, and technical documentation with a high degree of accuracy.

Follow up on open actions with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and service partners.

Contribute to process improvement and transparent reporting within Rework operations.

Your profile Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme.

A background in Engineering, Energy, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong written and spoken English skills; German is a plus.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in maintaining structured documentation.

A proactive communicator and collaborative team player.

Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and consistently follow up on open actions.

Interest in renewable energy, service operations, or project management is beneficial.
