As a Finance Operations Manager at Cleanhub, you’ll support the day-to-day financial operations that keep the organization running smoothly.

You don’t need a formal finance background - what matters most is integrity, accuracy, and the ability to think clearly and work carefully.

You are proactive and actively help the organization improve every day.

What You’ll Do Reconcile payments across multiple platforms and payment providers Handle finance-related customer requests (invoices, payments, clarifications) Prepare and maintain regular financial reports Support monthly and annual bookkeeping preparation Set up and maintain contracts for suppliers, HR Ensure financial data is clean, accurate, and well-documented Project audits and reporting Cash collection and Dunning oversight Requirements What We’re Looking For Around 2 years of relevant experience (finance operations, accounting support, business operations, or similar) Very high level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong sense of integrity, ownership, and responsibility Proactive mindset with a drive to improve processes and ways of working Comfortable working with numbers, systems, and spreadsheets Clear communicator who enjoys supporting others What Makes You a Great Fit You double-check your work because you care You spot issues early and take initiative to fix them You treat sensitive information with discretion and trust You’re curious, fast-learning, and always looking for ways to improve Interest in sustainability or impact-driven work Send us your cover letter and CV with your salary expectations.
