You&#39;ll play a key role in aligning business objectives, technical requirements, and project execution to ensure successful customer outcomes.</p> <h4><strong>As one of our Technical Project Managers, you will:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Lead the implementation of Coveo&#39;s platform by defining project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria.</li> <li>Act as the primary delivery lead and trusted advisor for customer stakeholders, driving alignment, decision-making, and accountability throughout the implementation lifecycle.</li> <li>Coordinate customer stakeholders, internal experts, and project resources while managing expectations throughout the engagement.</li> <li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, proactively tracking budgets, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.</li> <li>Manage project changes, assess impacts, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and risks.</li> <li>Communicate project progress regularly to customers and internal stakeholders through status reports, governance meetings, and executive updates.</li> <li>Identify, assess, document, mitigate, and escalate risks when required to ensure successful project delivery.</li> <li>Partner closely with architects, developers, and technical customer stakeholders to translate business requirements into user stories and implementation decisions that maximize customer value.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Here is what will qualify you for the role:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>At least 7 years of experience gathering requirements, producing technical documentation, and coordinating quality assurance activities.</li> <li>At least 3 years of experience managing large-scale information technology implementation projects.</li> <li>Strong understanding of the technical challenges associated with implementing cloud-based software solutions and web applications.</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, organizational, and communication skills in complex customer-facing environments.</li> <li>Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>What will make you stand out:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.</li> <li>Project management certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, or equivalent.</li> <li>Experience with web development or software engineering.</li> <li>Knowledge of enterprise search, indexing technologies, Salesforce ecosystems, or professional services automation tools such as Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) or Mavenlink.</li> <li>Experience working in a consulting, professional services, or customer implementation environment.</li> </ul> <p>This role requires strong English communication skills, as you will work primarily with English-speaking customers and stakeholders across North America and global markets.</p> <p>Do you think you can bring this role to life?
