Aepsy serves three audiences, each with its own timeline. Clients need support now. Psychologists are building their practice. Employers are deciding whether to unlock access for their whole team.

This role leads performance marketing for all three: how people find Aepsy, what actually works, and what the numbers suggest we do next.

Marketing at Aepsy is a small, focused team, and every role has a clear place in it.

The Creative Marketing Lead owns copy and shapes the campaigns.

The Art Director builds the visual language.

The Growth Performance Architect owns the measurement architecture.

You work closely with all three, bringing campaigns to the right people through the right channels, finding out what worked, and helping the team decide what to keep, change or stop.
