Your responsibilities as Procurement Manager
You will lead structured tenders, gather quotes, and negotiate contracts and terms with service providers.
Your day-to-day work involves running procurement processes independently from tactical to operational stages while taking responsibility for smooth workflows.
You will analyze requirements in building services engineering, maintenance, and upkeep to derive concrete measures, alongside strategic supplier selection and quality assessment.
What we are looking for
You bring experience in procurement and contract negotiation, specifically within facility management or related technical services.
Your approach relies on structured analytical methods and clear communication with external partners and internal teams.
Your first months at Eberhardt Service Group GmbH
During your initial weeks on a 6-month contract working 40 hours per week remotely from New York, you will take ownership of ongoing procurement processes and supplier evaluations for building services and maintenance.
