As a Senior CRM & Marketing Automation Expert, you will be responsible for the continuous development of Quantum Systems' global CRM and marketing automation capabilities.

You will further develop HubSpot, optimize customer journeys, improve lead generation, and establish data-driven marketing processes.

You will work across Marketing and Sales to build a scalable growth engine.

As the organization continues to grow, this role offers a development path into a team lead position.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

Own and continuously develop HubSpot as the global CRM platform.

Design, implement and optimize marketing automation workflows.

Create scalable lead nurturing, scoring and lifecycle programs.

Support the Events and communications teams with CRM activities.

Develop dashboards and KPI reporting to measure marketing performance and ROI in HubSpot and Power BI.

Work closely with Website, Content and Social Media specialists to improve digital customer journeys.

Collaborate with Sales, Program and Product Management to increase lead quality and conversion.

Support the integration of our Digital Asset Management platform (Frontify) and other MarTech solutions where appropriate.

Evaluate new marketing technologies and recommend improvements.

Coordinate external implementation partners where required.

Serve as the internal point of contact for CRM-related support across GTM teams.

Maintain internal documentation and training resources for CRM processes and tools.

What you bring to the team:

Must have

A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, CRM administration, Marketing/Sales Ops, or a related role — ideally within a B2B tech, SaaS environment or B2G.

Initial leadership experience (disciplinary or project leadership).

Hands-on HubSpot expertise including workflow automation, lifecycle management, and data cleanup.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn funnel and campaign data into actionable insights.

Strong B2B Digital Marketing experience and Marketing Automation experience.

Proactive, implementation-driven, and organized, with a genuine enjoyment of being the go-to person for CRM in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

High level of ownership and hands-on mentality.

Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent English and German, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

Experience with DAM platforms.

Understanding of API-based integrations between marketing systems.

Experience with Power BI

Additional advantages
