Team description

SumUp University is how we build a culture of continuous learning across the business, running leadership programmes, workshops, and development initiatives for SumUppers in every market except Brazil.

As part of a small, Berlin based team, you'll take ownership of flagship learning programmes and step in as a trusted facilitator, helping leaders and teams build the skills they need to do their best work.

With demand for learning and development growing fast across SumUp, you'll have real scope to shape how programmes are delivered, grow your own facilitation craft, and work directly with teams in Berlin and beyond.
