Working Student IT Operations (m/f/d)

Hi! We are Coffee Circle, Germany’s leading sustainable specialty coffee roastery based in Berlin.

We offer the world’s finest coffee and equipment to over 150,000 customers online and in our Cafés, driven by our goal to make high-end coffee experiences enjoyable and accessible to all.

We foster direct trade relationships with coffee farmers worldwide, pay high prices for the coffee beans, and ensure everyone involved in the value chain gets treated fairly and respectfully.

For every kilogram of coffee we sell, we invest € 1 through our Coffee Circle Foundation e.V. to help support sustainable improvements in coffee-growing areas, such as providing clean drinking water, hygiene training, and coffee labs.

Your role Support the IT setup across our cafés, office, and warehouse, from POS systems and printers to tablets, routers, and Raspberry Pis.

Keep our UniFi networks and internet connections running and help troubleshoot issues remotely or on-site.

Maintain and provision devices, keep our hardware inventory clean, and support onboarding and offboarding.

Document setups, fixes, and processes in Notion so knowledge stays accessible.

Support practical GDPR and information security topics, including TOMs, deletion concepts, access management, and security documentation.

Report to our CTO and be part of our Tech Team.

Your profile You’re currently enrolled at university, ideally in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.

You have a basic understanding of networks and Linux and enjoy learning new technical topics.

You work independently, stay organized, and appreciate good documentation.

You have experience with UniFi, GDPR or ISO 27001 is a plus, not a must.

You’re happy to travel between our Berlin locations when needed.

Being based in Berlin and working mainly onsite is non-negotiable for this role.

You are available 20 hours a week, 3 days a week.

Based on your availability, you can choose the days you work (Monday to Saturday).

You’re fluent in English; German is a plus.
