Resourceful Execution: High degree of self-motivation and a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude to get things done effectively even with limited resources.

Bonus: Practical exposure to the AdTech ecosystem or experience within a Venture Capital environment.

What Makes You a Great Fit 🌟

Own Everything: You treat the company as your own, taking extreme pride and responsibility for every outcome and ensuring no detail is overlooked in high-priority missions.

Raise the Bar: Your unquenchable curiosity drives you to constantly ask "why" and seek a deep understanding of business mechanics to elevate Almedia's standards.

Move Fast: You are a strategic doer who thrives in fast-paced, innovative settings, iterating quickly to turn unforeseen challenges into growth opportunities.
