For this role, you must be fluent in English and at least one additional European language. This is an essential requirement.

We're looking for brilliant Campaign Managers who live and breathe the creator economy.

You'll be working with a leading global consumer brand, bringing creator campaigns to life across European markets.

And we're not talking about the occasional influencer campaign. This is creator marketing at scale. Multiple campaigns, regular product launches and a constant stream of creators producing content that gets people talking.

You'll have access to our own platform and tools to manage everything from casting and outreach to contracts, payments and reporting.

You'll take ownership of campaigns in your market, work directly with client stakeholders and collaborate with a team that genuinely loves what it does.

Bring Campaigns to Life

Manage multiple creator campaigns from the initial brief through to launch, delivery and reporting.

Keep timelines, budgets, content approvals and deliverables moving.

Work closely with creators, clients and our internal teams.

Spot potential issues early and find solutions before they become problems.

Make the Numbers Work

Build creator pricing around CPV targets and expected performance.

Negotiate creator fees and manage campaign budgets with confidence.

Balance creative ambition with commercial performance.

Use campaign data to make smarter decisions and improve results.

Build Great Client Relationships

Be a day-to-day contact for local market stakeholders.

Lead campaign calls, share updates and keep everyone aligned.

Bring ideas, recommendations and solutions to the table.

Build trust through great communication and consistent delivery.

Find and Work With Amazing Creators

Discover and cast creators who are the right fit for each product, audience and brief.

Build high-quality creator shortlists across multiple campaigns.

Manage outreach, briefing, negotiations, contracting and content delivery.

Oversee usage rights, advertising disclosures and creator approvals.

Use performance insights to make your next casting list even better.

Get Creative With Technology

Use Kyra's platform to manage campaigns from start to finish.

Monitor CPV, reach, engagement and other key performance metrics.

Use AI tools to make creator discovery, research, analysis and campaign management more efficient.

We don't expect everything to go perfectly. We do expect people to take ownership, communicate openly and work together to find solutions.

🙌 Who We're Looking For

First and foremost, we want someone who really understands creator marketing.

Someone who knows the difference between a creator with a big following and one who can actually deliver results. Someone who enjoys both the creative and commercial sides of the job.

The Essentials

Languages : For this role, you must be fluent in English and at least one additional European language (e.g. Spanish, German or French). This is an essential requirement. You must be confident communicating with creators and clients in both languages.

3–5 years of experience in influencer or creator marketing.

Experience running high-volume creator campaigns, ideally for consumer brands.

Strong knowledge of the creator landscape in at least one European market.

Experience managing campaign budgets, negotiating creator fees and handling contracts.

A solid understanding of CPV and creator performance metrics.

Strong Excel and data skills.

Experience working directly with clients, ideally large consumer brands.

Confidence using AI tools such as Claude in your everyday work.

Based in Europe or the UK, with availability to work across European business hours.

Even Better If You Have

Experience with CPG, FMCG or other major consumer brands.

Experience managing high-volume or always-on creator programmes.

Knowledge of multiple European creator markets.

Experience using influencer marketing platforms.

💬 Creator Communications

Own day-to-day comms with creators and creator managers, ensuring timelines, briefs, and expectations are crystal clear

Manage asset submission, revisions, and general troubleshooting throughout the campaign

🗂️ Project Management & Campaign Delivery

Run complex, high-value campaigns under the oversight of a Senior Campaign Manager

Build and manage detailed project timelines—ensuring alignment across Creator Partnerships, Paid Media, Strategy, and Client Solutions

Flag risks early and proactively manage challenges around creators, budgets, or shifting client expectations

👥 Client Liaison & Feedback Loops

Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients—attending calls, sharing updates, and supporting feedback management

Secure client approvals on key campaign milestones and keep them aligned throughout the process

📜 Creative Briefing & Content Review

Lead creator briefing calls and ensure deliverables follow brand guidelines, brief requirements, and FTC compliance

Review creator content for quality and accuracy prior to submission

📊 Performance Tracking & Optimisation

Monitor campaign KPIs and update trackers daily to ensure accurate performance records

Collaborate with internal teams to surface insights and make data-informed recommendations for optimisation
