The Role

As Regional Operations Director, you lead local operations across a group of countries.

Each depot has Operations Supervisors on the floor; clusters of depots are led by Operations Managers; the Operations Managers report to you.

You report to the EMEA Operations Vice President.

You will own results on fleet availability and quality, Customer satisfaction and public profile, operational efficiency and profitability, ensuring high service standards and consistent execution of the central procedures and SOPs defined for our operating model.

You will sit on the regional management team alongside peers from Revenue & Growth, People and Finance, and you will be accountable for your region's operational targets and for the operational cost of the service delivered to our customers.
