Responsibilities: Analyze software asset management and software licensing processes.

Gather and document requirements from business stakeholders.

Support software compliance and optimization initiatives.

Design and improve SAM-related workflows and reporting.

Collaborate with ServiceNow architects and developers.

Ensure alignment between business requirements and platform capabilities.

Requirements: 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.

Strong experience with ServiceNow SAM.

Knowledge of software licensing, compliance, and software asset lifecycle management.

Experience with data analysis and process improvement.

Fluent German (C1) and English.

EU-based location.
