Principal Product Manager (AI Product) - Join Our Innovative Team at thinkcell Software

What You Will Do

You'll co- own our AI product end-to-end, from discovery to business outcome .

You'll set direction s to p roduct m anagers who each own parts of the product, while staying close to customers and internal stakeholders .

With designers and engineers, you'll make sure we build the right thing s and build them well.

This is a pivotal role to help execute an ambitious vision .

Key Responsibilities:

Co-own the product

Co-own our AI product end-to-end, from market research and discovery through to UAT and release together with product design and engineering

Translate user needs into relevant business outcomes, not just features and products

Contribute to product vision, strategy and roadmap in close partnership with leadership

Teaming

Foster an empowered team across product, design and engineering to deliver great outcomes

Set direction for and coach other product managers who own parts of the product

Understand and align with senior management and all other business stakeholders to ensure outcomes pay into vision and strategy

Stay close to the customer
